We had a seminar at a pristine development at the Kasouga river village in the Eastern Cape.
This beautiful beach is still unspoiled. Even standing on the highest dune there is no house in sight. Only indigenous vegetation and an occasional buck.
Early morning walking to 'Shiprock' and swimming to start the day . . . .
and a sundowner on the beach before settling down around campfire.
Gravel roads, no street lights, quiet and clean was the ideal setting for tranquil training in the shade of Milkwood trees.
